AI Prompt Kits for Professions
AI for Professions turns general-purpose chat assistants into practical helpers for specific jobs. Each kit holds templates for the drafting, summarising and planning tasks that take up a working day in that role, such as a SOAP note from dictation for a doctor, an SBAR handoff for a nurse, an RFI response for a civil engineer, test cases from a user story for a QA engineer, or a review reply for a restaurant. You fill in a few fields and get a structured prompt for ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot.

About AI for Professions
Every kit is built around review. Before you copy, it flags or masks obvious personal identifiers in what you pasted, reminds you what should not go into an AI tool your organisation has not approved, and gives a checklist for checking the draft: clinical judgement, codes and standards, numbers to recompute, claims to verify. The AI drafts; the professional decides.

Frequently asked questions
Which AI assistant should I use with these prompt kits?
Any of the main ones. The prompts are plain text that works in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot and others. Use the one your employer has approved, especially for anything involving customer, patient or company data.
Can I paste patient or customer details into the prompts?
Only if your organisation allows that tool for that data. The kits help by masking common identifiers before you copy, but masking is not a full de-identification, so remove anything that still points to a person.
Will AI replace these jobs?
The kits are built on the opposite assumption: AI is good at first drafts and summaries, and people are needed for judgement, relationships and accountability. Using it for the paperwork frees time for the parts of the job only a person can do.
How should I check an AI draft before using it?
Read it as you would a new colleague's work. Check facts, numbers, names and dates against the source, confirm any code, standard or policy it cites, and make sure the tone suits the person receiving it. Each kit lists the checks that matter most in that job.
